Run your clients' tickets, SLA clocks and prepaid hours in one ledger.
VertexDynamo is service desk software for managed IT providers with 2 to 40 technicians. Client emails become tickets, SLA timers follow each client's contract, and every minute a technician logs ends up on the right invoice line.
Five chapters of the service month
From the first email of the month to the statement your client signs off on.
- 01
Email in, ticket out, client matched
Forward support@ to your VertexDynamo inbox. Each message is matched to a client organization by sender domain, threaded by subject and Message-ID, and opened with the right priority and contract attached.
- 02
SLA clocks that read the contract
Response and resolution targets come from each client's agreement, counted in their business hours and time zone. "Waiting on client" pauses the clock and the pause is logged.

Prepaid hour blocks that count down
Sell a 20-hour block and every billable time entry draws it down in 15-minute increments. At 80% used, the client contact and your account owner both get an email.

Per-user agreements and license lines
Price an all-inclusive agreement per user per month, mark which ticket types it covers, and add recurring lines such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium seats. Work outside the scope is flagged as billable before it is saved.

Month-end statements without a spreadsheet
On the first of the month each client gets a statement that lists agreement charges, hours drawn from their block, overage and SLA results. Export to CSV or PDF, or push lines to your accounting tool through the REST API.
How we work
An invoice line should always trace back to a time entry, and a time entry to a ticket. We build every billing feature around that chain.
Changes to contracts, rates and SLA targets are recorded with who made them and when, so a disputed charge can be settled from the record.
Your client data is yours: you can export all of it as CSV or JSON at any time, and our prices are on the pricing page, not behind a sales call.
